Greetings,
As the fundraising Chairman, I have taken the opportunity to review what our lodge has done during the past few years. Our lodge's fundraising started with the University of Phoenix Stadium when it first opened in 2006. (cont. below)

We are currently in our fifth football season without a break from the stadium. I must say it has been a great and very fullfilling endeavor for our lodge and also for me as Chairman.
I have had the pleasure of working with other lodges and Masonic families within our great valley of the sun, with raising funds for their Masonic groups and/or their charities that they support.

There’s nothing more exciting than to walk into a lodge or a Masonic group and perform the simple task of presenting a check for a Masonic group that has helped us, as a lodge, volunteering their free time for their organizations. That time they could be spending with their families or friends, but instead are working hard for our Masonic heritage that we all have become to enjoy.

As the founder and the Chairman of this great fundraiser for Phoenicia Lodge, I would like to take the time to say thank you to all the Masonic lodges, and Masonic groups that have had volunteers donate their time and energy to our fundraiser. They have made Phoenicia lodge's fundraiser a huge success over the last five seasons. You have all made my dreams blossom and grow into a great opportunity for raising funds for our charity work that we, as Masons, love sharing with our community.

Thank you to the following groups, Glendale Lodge #23, Peoria Lodge #31, El Zariba Shrine “Culinary Unit”, Hispanos Unidos #83, the parents from Job’s Daughters Bethel #19, The Order Eastern Star #20. In closing,, I would like to especially thank my Brothers at Phoenicia lodge and my committee who have worked so hard in the back ground to ensure we came up nothing short of success.

The 2011 season will be here soon. Join in the FUN!

Eric Stethem,
